THIS PRIVACY POLICY (“Policy”) has been drafted in accordance with the current Information Technology Act and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules and such other applicable Rules and Regulations framed in this regard.

Tenure: Minimum of 91 days and Maximum of 365 days

Maximum Annual Percentage Rate(APR): 0.08% per day, also is 29.2% per annum.

Processing Fee: Up to 5% of Loan Amount (additional 18% GST)

Example:

For ₹10000 loan of 91 days duration

Applicable fees: ₹10000 * 5% = ₹500

GST: ₹500 * 18% = ₹90

Interest payable: ₹10000 * 29.2% / 365days * 91days = ₹728

Total cost of the loan: ₹500 + ₹90 + ₹728 = ₹1318

Total repayment amount(91days): ₹10000 + ₹1318 = ₹11318

We, CreditMe , a company incorporated under the current Companies Act, are the owner and operator of the Platform.

We have developed a mobile application named “CreditMe” (application/ app) through which you may apply for a short term unsecured loan (loan) to be granted by lender (non-banking financial company), based on the loan agreement executed between you and the lender.the lender has appointed and authorized us to collect, store, authenticate, verify and distribute the personal information (defined below) as may be required by lender to sanction the loan. The personal information shall be collected through the mobile application form (mobile application form) available on the application.

Upon acceptance, this policy constitutes a legal agreement between you, as the user of the platform, and our company, as the owner of the platform.

This policy describes our policies and procedures for collection, use, storage, processing, disclosure and protection of any information, including, but not limited to, business or personal information provided by you as a user (“you”) while using the platform. User shall mean any person/ persons, who visits, uses, deals with and/ or transacts through the app or avails our services.

By visitng/ accessing the platform, through the app and voluntarily providing us with information (personal and / or non- personal), you are consenting us to collect, use, share, retain and disclose your information in accordance with this policy. This policy does not apply to third-party applications that are connected via links to the platform. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not proceed further to use / access this platform.

This policy is a part of the platform terms & conditions located one our platform and all capitalized terms under this policy that have not been specifically defined herein shall have the meaning as ascribed to it under the platform terms & conditions.

The information We collect about You will depend on the products and services We offer or You avail, on an ongoing basis. The information collected from You will be used in order to effectively provide Services to You. If You do not allow Us to collect all the information We request on the Platform, We may not be able to deliver all of these services effectively.

You undertake that you shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the Personal Information you share with us. As part of the Services, you authorize us to import your details and Personal Information dispersed over Third Party Platforms. Third Party Platforms are social networking platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and other similar platforms.

COLLECTION OF DEVICE INFORMATION

The information the App collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you manage your privacy controls on your device.

When you install the App, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the device you’re using.

We collect information from the device when you download and install the App and explicitly seek permissions from YOU to get the required information from the device.

The information we collect from your device includes the unique ID i.e. IMEI number, information on operating system, SDK version and mobile network information including carrier name, SIM Serial and SIM Slot, your profile information, list of installed apps, wi-fi information.

We collect information about your device to provide automatic updates and additional security so that your account is not used in other people’s devices. In addition, the information provides us valuable feedback on your identity as a device holder as well as your device behaviour, thereby allowing us to improve our services and provide an enhanced customized user experience to you.

COLLECTION OF FINANCIAL SMS INFORMATION

We don’t collect or store your personal SMS from your inbox. We only collect financial SMS sent by the senders from your inbox which helps us in identifying the various accounts that you are holding and the cash flow patterns that you have as a user to help us perform a credit risk assessment which enables us to determine your risk profile and to provide you with the appropriate credit analysis to enable you to take financial facilities from the regulated financial entities and other service providers available on the platform.

While using the app, it periodically sends the financial SMS information to our affiliate server and to us.

COLLECTION OF MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS

When you sign up with us, we collect your mobile number and email address to uniquely identify you. This helps us ensure that no unauthorised device or person is acting on your behalf.

COLLECTION OF LOCATION

We collect location information from your device to reduce the risk associated with your account.

You understand and acknowledge that we reserves the right to track your location (Track) during the provision of the Services, and also in the event that you stop, cease, discontinue to use or avail the Services, through the deletion or uninstallation of the Mobile App or otherwise, till the event that your obligations continue to exist. Deletion, uninstallation, and/or discontinuation of our Services, shall not release you from the responsibility, obligation and liability to repay the Outstanding Amount(s).

COLLECTION OF CONTACT

As a part of our loan journey, we require references from the Loan applicant. In this regard, during filing the form on our App, we collect your contact information to detect close contacts to enable you to autofill the data during the loan application process.

Furthermore, we collect contact information from your device for the purposes of risk analysis by enabling us to detect credible references. The more credible the references are, the lower is the risk associated to a User.

1.DEFINITIONS

"Application or App." shall mean CreditMe the mobile application created, developed and designed by the Company for providing the Services.

"LENDER" shall mean non-banking financial company or Banks with whom the Company has tied up for loan sanction, which would sanction, process and grant the Loan to the Customer(s), through the Platform.

"Customer(s)" or "you" or "End-Users" shall mean any person who accesses, downloads, uses, views the Platform and the Services.

"Loan" shall mean the loan that you may apply for through the Platform and which is sanctioned and granted by LENDER, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.

"Loan Agreement" shall mean the loan agreement to be executed between LENDER and the Customer(s) for granting the Loan whether in physical or electronic form as may be applicable from time-to-time.

"Online Stores" shall mean Windows Store, Android Google Play, iOS App store or any other online store or portal where the App will be made available by the Company to the End-Users, from time to time.

"Outstanding Amount(s)" shall mean the Loan, interests and charges due and payable by you to LENDER, on respective due date(s).

"Platform" shall mean the App and the collectively.

"Services" shall mean the services of granting, sanctioning, lending of short term loans, through the Platform by LENDER.

"Third Party Platforms" shall mean social networking platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and other similar platforms.

"User Data" shall mean any data, information, documents or materials submitted with the Company prior to or during the use of the Services.

"Application" shall mean www.rocketloaneasy.net (included https://gw.rocketloaneasy.net) , managed and operated by the Company for the provision of Services.

2.SERVICES

Through the Services, you may apply for the Loan, subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria laid down in the Mobile App. You understand that the Company has been appointed by LENDER to collect, authenticate, track your location, verify and confirm the User Data, documents and details as may be required by LENDER to sanction the Loan. LENDER authorizes the Company to collect and store the User Data through the mobile application form ("Mobile Application Form") available on the Platform. In order to avail the Services, you are required to register with the Company by logging in through your Third Party Platforms ("User Account"). During the Application process, you shall be required to share and upload the User Data on the Mobile Application Form. User Data shall include personal information including but not limited to your name, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, mobile number, passwords, photograph, mobile phone information including contact numbers, SMS, call logs and browsing history, data and login-in credentials of Third Party Platforms, financial information such as bank documents, salary slips, bank statements, PAN card, bank account no., data from Credit Information Companies, data required for Know Your Customer compliances, requirement and other relevant details ("Personal Information"). You agree that the Personal Information shall always be accurate, correct and complete. As part of the Services, you authorize us to import your details and Personal Information dispersed over Third Party Platforms. You understand and acknowledge that we may periodically request for updates on such Personal Information and we may receive such updated information from Third Party Platforms.

All transactions undertaken on your behalf by the Company will be on the basis of your express instructions/consent and will be strictly on a non-discretionary basis. Once you verify and upload the User Data and/or other documents and details in the Mobile Application Form, the Company shall process the same. Upon the completion of the document verification by the Company, the Loan may be sanctioned by LENDER to you, subject to fitting eligibility criteria and other conditions set forth by LENDER for sanctioning the Loan. Thereafter, you are required to fill and upload the ECS/NACH mandate form/Cheque or any other document as may be required by LENDER. LENDER shall disburse the Loan subject to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.

The sanctioned Loan shall be disbursed as per the mode provided in the Mobile Application Form. You are required to repay the Outstanding Amount(s) to LENDER, on the respective due date(s) mentioned in the Mobile Application Form.

You understand and acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to track your location ("Track") during the provision of Services, and also in the event that you stop, cease, discontinue to use or avail the Services, through deletion or uninstallation of Mobile App or otherwise, till the event that your obligations to pay the Outstanding Amount(s) to LENDER exist. Deletion, uninstallation, discontinuation of our Services, shall not release you from the responsibility, obligation and liability to repay the Outstanding Amount(s).

You understand and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for all the activities that occur under your User Account while availing the Services. You undertake that the Company shall not be responsible and liable for any claims, damages, disputes arising out of use or misuse of the Services. By usage of the Services, you shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User Account and for all other related activities under your User Account. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject your registration for the Services without obligation of explanation.

You understand and acknowledge that, you are solely responsible for the capability of the electronic devices and the internet connection, you chose to run the Platform. The Platform’s operation or the Services on your electronic device is subject to availability of hardware, software specifications, internet connection and other features and specifications, required from time to time.

The User Data provided during the registration is stored by the Company for your convenience. You are not required to log-in to your User Account, every time, to use or access the Platform. You understand and acknowledge that by accepting these Terms, you authorize us to Track, fetch and use the User Data, including but not limited to your Personal Information, for the purpose of authentication and any updates with regards to your credentials.

3.LICENSE

License to use the App:In order to use the Services, you are required to download and install the App. For this purpose, you represent and warrant that you are of the age of majority as per the applicable laws to which you are subject to and are competent to understand, enter into, and comply with these Terms. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and revocable right to download, install and use the App. The App. is licensed and not sold to you and shall only be used as per these Terms.

Scope of License:You may install, download, access or use the App through the Online Stores on/from mobile phones, tablets or any other electronic devices.

Maintenance & Support: You acknowledge that while the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide maintenance and support for the App from time to time, the Company shall have no specific obligation whatsoever to furnish such services to you.

Updates/Upgrades: We may launch new updates/upgrades for the App., you may subscribe to the same through the Online Stores. In the event, you choose not to update/upgrade the App, certain features or functionality shall not be accessible to you.

4.RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

use the Platform or the Services for committing fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or for any unlawful and/or illegal purposes;

to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the App;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable through the Platform;

use the Platform to harm or injure any third party;

impersonate any person or entity, on the Platform;

forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the App;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Platform, any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Platform, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam", "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the Platform, any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

disrupt the normal flow of or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other user’s ability to engage in real time exchanges;

interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Platform;

intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws and any regulations having the force of law.

5.CONTENT AVAILABLE

You acknowledge that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the material, data, and information, such as data files, text, facts and figures, computer software, code, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos, or other images (collectively, the "Content") which you may have access to as part of the Services, or through your use of the Platform. Under no circumstances, shall the Company be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to any infringing Content, any errors or omissions in Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted, linked from, or otherwise accessible through or made available via the Platform. The Content on the Platform should not be regarded as an offer, solicitation, invitation, advice or recommendation to buy or sell investments, securities or any other instrument or financial products / schemes of the Company (including its affiliates), unless expressly covered in these Terms.

6.PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY

You understand, acknowledge and agree that the Company is the sole owner of all rights, title and interest, including any and all intellectual property rights in the Content, Platform, Services, logos, trade names, brand names, designs and any necessary software used in connection with the Platform.

There may be proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on the Platform whether owned/used by the Company or otherwise. By displaying them on the Platform, the Company is not granting you any license to utilize the proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the same may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

You understand and acknowledge that the Platform is owned by the Company. Nothing under these Terms shall be deemed to be a transfer in ownership, rights, title, from the Company to you or any third party, in the Platform. You are entitled to avail the Services offered by the Company during the validity of your registration with the Company.

7.TERMINATION

The Company reserves its rights to terminate these Terms in the event:

you breach any provision of these Terms;

the Company is required to do so under law; or

the Company chooses to discontinue the Services being offered or discontinue to operate the Platform;

the license granted to use the App expires;

of non-payment of Outstanding Amount(s).

The Company reserves its right to Track you, even when you have uninstalled the App or even after termination of these Terms, until all your obligations, including but not limited to payment of the Outstanding Amount(s) is in subsistence.

Upon termination of these Terms, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms shall cease to exist, and you must forthwith stop using the Platform and the Services and repay the Outstanding Amount(s). Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms or otherwise, the termination of these Terms for any reason whatsoever, shall not affect your obligations, including but not limited to repayment of the Outstanding Amount(s).

8.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly understand and agree that:

your use of the Services and the Platform is at your sole risk. The Services and the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the access or use of the Platform, is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, electronic data or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. no advice or information, whether verbal or written, obtained by you from the Company, for the Services or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You shall be solely responsible for the use, misuse, improper usage of the Services and the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any damages accruing out of the use of the Services which have not been expressly stipulated under these Terms. the Company makes no warranty, including implied warranty, and expressly disclaims any obligation, that: (a) the Contents are and will be complete, Exhaustive, accurate or suitable to your requirements; (b) The Platform or the Services will meet your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform or Services will be accurate or reliable.

9.INFORMATION COLLECTED

To create an account on Rocket Loan, you must provide us with the basic details and information required as part of our Customer Identification process and you agree to our User Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, which governs how we treat your information. App collects basic information required to provide customized services (for example: loan offers, content, more relevant ads), including your name, mailing address, postal code, job title, family details, employer details, phone number, PAN No., employment information, salary slips, declarations, your description and details in your account, financial information such as bank account etc.

You will register with us using your Facebook or LinkedIn account or Google identity (“Third party sites”). You understand that, by creating an account or by registering through Third party sites, we and others will be able to identify you by your Cash Pal profile. However, we will not be liable under any circumstance for the generation of your profile or the information you provide therein. Cash Pal will also not be liable for the photographs and data that the Users might upload, the use and misuse thereof. We will ask for your bank account details only for the Service.

All the information that you shall provide us is voluntary, including sensitive personal information. You understand that Cash Pal may use certain information of yours, which has been designated as ‘sensitive personal data or information’ under the IT Rules for the purpose of providing you the services and for sharing the information only with affiliates who are subject to this Privacy Policy, as will be explained further below.

if your loan amount is ₹ 1,00,000 and period for repayment is 365 days, interest is 12% per annum with 0% processing fee, then total cost of the loan is ₹ 1,00,000 * 12% * 365 / 365 (interest calculation) = ₹ 12,000

= ₹ 12,000 and total amount payable is ₹ 1,00,000 + ₹ 12,000 = ₹ 1,12,000 with monthly payment =

₹ 1,12,000 / 12 = ₹9,333.33 Hence, Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be 12%

Why does CashMart require permissions for the Android app?

1.Data / Cookies

We may set cookies to track your use of the App. These are used to enhance your experience with our App. We use cookies to help us identify who you are, so your login experience is smooth each time. Cookies also allow us to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information from you, like which pages you visited and what links you clicked on. Use of this information helps us to create a more user-friendly experience for all visitors. In addition, we may use Third Party Advertising Companies to display advertisements on our App. By using the app, you signify your consent to our use of cookies.

Security Information

You can access your personal identity details on our App through your login and password. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. In addition, your personal details are stored on a secure server that only selected personnel contractors and authorised Agencies have access to. We encrypt certain sensitive information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personal details are safe as it is transmitted to us.

However, you understand and accept no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical is possible and we take no liabilities or responsibilities for it.

We collect and monitor the information about the location of your device to provide serviceability of your loan application, to reduce risk associated with your loan application which also helps us to verify the address, make a better credit risk decision and expedite know your customer (KYC) process.

We collect SMS, Storage, Contacts, Location, Camera, Phone State, App List, OS Version, Device Brand.

Information the App collects, and its usage, depends on how you manage your privacy controls on your device. When you install the App, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the device you are using. We collect information from the device when you download and install the App and explicitly seek permissions from You to get the required information from the device.

The information we collect from your device includes hardware model, os and version, device identifier, WiFi, mobile network; WIFI information that includes MAC address and mobile network information to uniquely identify the devices and ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf to prevent frauds.

3.CALENDAR INFORMATION

We require calendar information so that you can set up a loan due date memo in the app after the loan, which will remind you to repay your loan on time.

The calendar information will be uploaded to our security server. We will delete the calendar information after we have determined your risk profile.

4.SMS INFORMATION:

In order to conduct a preliminary review and evaluation of your creditworthiness, you need to activate the SMS permission so that we can inquire about your SMS.Collect and monitor only transactional SMS like parties, description and amount. Other SMS data is not accessed. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use the functions related to the SMS verification code, but it will not affect your use of other services

For those Users who have registered for the mailing list, their personal information is kept until we are notified that they no longer want their information stored.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers may receive communication from us via telephone, text message or emails, pertaining exclusively to new services or any upcoming events.

In order to provide and improve our services and to share relevant ads with you, we use and disclose to our advertising and analytics partners non-personally identifiable information that we collect, including cookie data, some log data, and mobile data.

Our App complies fully with all the applicable and relevant laws of India.

We collect and monitor the information about the location of your device to provide serviceability of your loan application, to reduce risk associated with your loan application and to provide pre-approved customized loan offers. This also helps us to verify the address, make a better credit risk decision and expedite know your customer (KYC) process.

The information we collect from your device includes the hardware model, build model, RAM, storage; unique device identifiers like IMEI, serial number, SSAID; SIM information that includes network operator, roaming state, MNC and MCC codes, WIFI information that includes MAC address and mobile network information to uniquely identify the devices and ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf to prevent frauds.

We collect information about your device to provide automatic updates and additional security so that your account is not used in other people's devices. In addition, the information provides us valuable feedback on your identity as a device holder as well as your device behavior, thereby allowing us to improve our services and provide an enhanced customized user experience to you.

COLLECTION OF CONTACT INFORMATION

As a part of our loan journey, we require references from the Loan applicant. In this regard, during filing the form on our App, we collect and monitor your contact information which includes name, phone number, account type, contact last modified, and other optional data like relationship and structural address to enable you to autofill the data during the loan application process. This information is required for the purposes of risk analysis, enable us to detect credible references assess your risk profile and to determine your loan eligibility.

COLLECTION OF INSTALLED APPLICATIONS

We collect a list of the installed applications' metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess your credit worthiness and enrich your profile with pre-approved customized loan offers.

STORAGE

We require storage permission so that your KYC and other relevant documents can be securely downloaded and saved on your phone. You can then easily upload the correct KYC related documents for faster loan application details filling and disbursal process. This ensures that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the application.

CAMERA

We require the camera information permission to provide you an easy/smooth experience and to enable you to click photos of your KYC documents along with other requisite documents and upload the same on the App during your loan application journey.

COLLECTION OF OTHER NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

We automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our Platform. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve our users and improve our services. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. We also collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the URL used by you to connect your computer to the internet, etc. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Website or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address.
